Amazing how you can take a normally bland color such as gray and make it into something other than simple. You have given this butterfly life in picture as well as his maker gave him life in spirit. Very well done in only your style.

It's amazing how something grey can be this beautiful...
Normaly, i would have said that a red, yellow or even black butterfly will always be more stunning than a grey one...but that's before i saw this gorgeous fellow.
The pattern on his wings is just awesome and the contrast created is great! The DOF that yoou used here is simply perfect and keeps the whole butterfly in complete focus.
Very good POV and charming composition, too.

A very fine and subtle coloured butterfly, indeed. Very well posed on a yellow flower, which perfectely suits to the colours of his wings. The whole stands perfectely out against the dark background.
