At shutter speed 200, you have frozen the hovering Hoverfly into incredible sharpness, Pankaj.
The use of fill flash has worked in your favour, giving nice details on both the subjects.

Nice shot of hoverfly inflifgt. Hoverfly and Mimosa Pudica in great fight here, both on nice compo.Plant win interm of colour and size, thorn help the hoverfly give a nice relation and tension.The movement of wing is great...hoverfly win 3-2.Nice BG on opposite side of subject.BG win! :-).Great micro shot.TFS.

Now that's a new thing i learnt, the hoverfly reacting to the shutter...
Nice composition here Pankaj..the macro certainly deserves more than two smilies:):)...Apart from the hoverfly, the flower itself looks so gorggeous and attractive. I dont think i have seen tis varity of Mimosa.
The hoverfly is in sharp focus and clarity.The little brown stem in the right corner of the composition complimnts the clolour of the fly itself making the composition quite balanced.
