Excellent face to face macro shot. I like POV most, but also pose and quality are very good. Green/black colours and big black frame made your picture perfect.

Nice frontal macro of a Praying Mantis that looks almost hypnotic. The eyes are well illuminated by the plash and the head and front legs are razor sharp in this pleasing composition.

excellent overall look and presentation here, but your POV and DOF are just superb. Excellent clarity and wonderful dark lighting that adds to the overall effect...should be in a journal or magazine of some kind in my opinion. Awesome.

This is a marvelous POV giving an interesting symetry to the Mantis image. Fine composition. I would have prefered a bit larger DOF to include the other legs and wings in focus.

I used a quote from a Swami today Pankaj...I wonder if that term as a title is also perhaps from similar. Or is it from a Slavic background. I shall have to see...perhaps from Mesmer...from French..I forget the word...
A front on shot with your clear eyes of youth. I say youth because in my 60's I developed cataracts...so had to have them "fixed" Now my eyes contain plastic ...very bionic of me..but I see clearly! A good shot with good natural colours and the angle is a pleasant and informative one...all the rest is very much Pankaj imaging...

Hi Pankaj, this is certainly different! These insects are visually amazing, they look different in every pov. I must see if I can find one near me in the UK in a collection. They are stunning models and so inspiring. This shot has great focus, detail and sharpness, light and colour is also good. Wonderful all round.
