Superb macro of a species of Solitary Wasp that might be a Digger wasp taking its caterpillar prey to feed it own larva. The pose, POV, OOF BG, lighting and composition are excellent anf the focusing spot on, making best use of the low aperture.

What a lovely capture. A very good example showing the wasp's struggle to survive. Yes this wasp is taking this paralyzed sawfly caterpillar to it's nest so it's infants can feed on it. Thanks a lot for sharing this beauty.
