Wow!! What a marvellous shot to capture this strange and beautiful lizard! I like a lot the color of its scales and eyes which stand out so well against the green grasses. Perfect sharpness, POV and DOF.

I too have observed that Garden Lizards are quite friendly creatures, Sumon.
I see them basking on bushes and hedges and they do not bat an eyelid when I pass by them. I have seen them in large numbers recently and have succumbed to shooting them, albeit a little reluctantly. Since they remain perfectly still like this little one you have shown today, they make very fine portraits with their round shaped eyes. Your young model has a yellow ring around the pupil.
Very nice capture with precise focus, sharp details and pleasant colours.
Ready for your theme on lizards and looking forward to the next image.

What a brilliant pose!I like the way this guy looks , as if he is going to jump right out of the picture....The green is so outstanding and the brown of the lizzy's skin is brilliant to the way you got the little guy right inside its place of play.You say poor light conditions but it looks wonderful....Looking forward to more from this series...
This is one thing i also love about Sony shots, they present a totally lovely colour palette that Sony alone is able to give you...I 've always thot so...and your Sony shots have proved it all along...

Wow...as I signed on late it is sitting at number 48 which is surely going up...much like crude oil eh? And rice as well...I have 40 pounds of it...Very nicely done. As I am eating my basmati tonight, I shall think of this image...as a matter of fact I am seriously think of printing it out on a 4x6 card....I wonder if the quality is good enough at this low level...otherwise I would take it to the print shop and get an 8x10. they are only 1.50 US....
