[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This butterfly was there in my garden for almost 1-2 hours.My son who is 5 yrs old wake me up from my sleep with the news of its arrival on a lazy afternoon and pleded to take the photograph.It was drizling outside and i was forced to take the photograph with flash on and handheld.I am really sorry because the blue on the
wings has been washed out with the flash.

Still posting the pose and seek your appreaciation.

Taken with Canon 400D , 18-55mm kit lens handheld, flash on.

Hi Satya,
Wonderful shot of this huge butterfly with such magnificent details and colours. You really have excelled here and I still need to work hard to get a shot of this species sometime. Good use of flash lighting and the dark BG makes the subjects stand out so well here. Excellent POV and composition. Thanks for sharing.

this is a lovely sepcies of the butterfly, when i saw this butterfly for the first time i couldnt help but appreciate this beauty and i kept watching it before taking some shots, this size and the pattern of this butterfly is really nice, liked the pov, the composition and the framing here, the flash seems to be a bit hard on the white part,
