Captured in my college campus, this bird certainly looked scary, but i love the way her eyes shine. :)

Greater Coucal is one of the 30 species of birds in the cuckoo family. Uniquely though, they are not brood parasites. Also there is sex-role reversal i.e. the smaller male provides most of the parental care.
