On this day I went to B garden in Kolkata where there were many kites and I could see them on many branches.
These was the moment perhaps where these 3 were taking rest and chatting about their day's activities and the things to be done ahead. |

Hello Sanjib,
The photo is well composed and good POV you selected.
Unfortunately, too much exposure in the open to the sky (background) and some parts of the plumage of birds.
Such problems can be avoided in various ways, in which case they could adjust their speed to 1/320s to 1/400s or perhaps with the same ISO 400. Also could go down to ISO 200.
Anyway, the basic composition of the photo, are good. We must practice to maintain the appropriate balance for each lighting situation.
