Yes,this is a frequently seen dragonfly here in India, Sumon. Moreover, it is a cooperative creature and does not mind getting photographed from close range.
Your picture is excellent in every respect -- focus, sharpness, details and natural colours.
The bokeh BG makes a fine backdrop for the subject.

to me Mr. Sumon the sharp one.....this is almost a lime green colour...one of those special E Indian colours which you see and blend so well together. Hence I have added it to my lime green things. I enjoy the colour as it is somewhat passive but in an unusual paradox is also exciting...Very nicely done Sumon....and well framed as noted.
