I am not sure how this will be appreciated.

Under severe summer of 46degrees, the plants in the gardern were literally dying. I was watering the plant and suddenly after 10mts they all came back to life. I was just wondering the few drops of water gave them fresh lease of life. My son asked me just to try and take some shots of those drops. Thought probably worth posting to show the power of Macro.

Thanks for for those who passed on critics after looking at this and thanks for those who looked on this shot and for not offering any critics or comments.

Hope it rains to give fresh lease of life to humans.

Hi Ganesh,
Nice collage showing water droplets simulating dew drops. The big one is slightly OOF. Anyway a very good concept. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Hello Ganeshan,
I saw the post and thought will critique later, but i couldnt resist commenting.

You should know that this is a very refreshing collage, beautifully presented. In the sweltering heat of Delhi, the water is much sought out fact of life and each droplet is precious.Your son must know their significance well, and he lead you the right way:)
the dripping droplets have come out so well, the lighting looks perfect and beautiful.I agree with haraprasan , the large leaf is slightly OOF, but the composition and the smaller shots really compensate.
Just wonderful.Very well done.
TFS & Cheers

HI ganesh,

Hi Ganesh,
If there is a time to appreciate water, or a photo of it, it is now. Whether it is in Delhi with the temp hitting 46, or in balmy Bangalore which is fast running out of Cauvery and ground water, one can't but appreciate water. This is a lovely, evocative collage, especially the drops hanging from the dry blades of grass or leaves. Very nice. TFS.
Cheers, Uma

I can imagine you Delhites getting roasted in the summer heat, Ganesan :-)!
It is no less here in the desert; fortunately, there is no humidity, which makes a lot of difference.
Your picture reminds me of many I took in Mayur Vihar itself last monsoon, though I have not posted any of those on TN.
A pretty interesting study of the drops phenomenon here.
Thanks and take care.
