Hi Ganesh,
This is capture wise much better than the previous one. Though a little PP is required. I tried a little but due to not an expert in PP I couldn't get a satisfactory result. I am in a hurry now I will come back and give it another try. Anyway good capture of this Pied Myna. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Nice fairly sharp capture of an Asian Pied Starling (Sturnus contra). Nice composition near to what looks like its nest and fine lighting and BG.
I have not seen this species in India myself so it is nice to see that you caught it so well.

Ivan has identified this bird as Pied Starling, Ganesan. I think you need to put together a good note on the species.
The picture is well taken, giving a fine view of the bird's major features. I like the orange coloured beak and ring around the eye.
The pole looks sordid, so even if you had cropped it off, it would not affect the appeal of the bird image.
