Hi NG,
The bright colour of the flower somehow subdues the presence of the butterfly; nevertheless, it makes one realise why the butterfly must be so attracted to the flower.
As always, a good picture.

Could it be Common Cerulean, Ganesan?
I looked for it and found a closely resembling specimen on a web page on Sri Lankan butterflies.
You have captured this butterfly very well on a large flower.
Very good focus and sharp details.
Those two orange and black spots on the wing-tip look very attractive alond with the tail.
