[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
For few initial seconds, I could not believe what I was looking at..! Then reality kicked in and I held the camera which I always carry with me when I go for bird-watching ritual. But the cute couple was so engrossed in the act, they hardly paid me any attention. So I got some time to adjust the camera settings where I could click a picture in very low light conditions..

Alas, all love stories don't end at a happy note...! No sooner than a minute in act, the male tried to change the posture and fell on the ground while the female was left hanging and looked like it was committing suicide! In next few seconds, the male scurried back to the same branch but I guess at this point, they opened their eyes to my presence and stayed away from each other, shying and indecisive. So, I left them alone, hoping I will soon get a litter of squirrel babies...

great capture, TFS Ori

Hi richa,
I love this image, is a rarely seen moment, and luckily you brought your camera, hope the squirrel didn't insist to make out another try after they fall, then you will get a squirrel family picture soon :)

Hi Richa,
It has been a pleasant experience looking at your gallery and reading through your introduction:)It was like going back to the days i started here on TN.

Lovely composition.Yes, the noise is big time trouble when you are shooting with a P&S, but you seem to have already tamed the Panasonic to get an act without a blur in such high ISO conditions. The posture of the two is a highly enjoyable one. They are such cute animals to track in terms of behavioural patterns if you stay close to them. I love the way you managed the frame with that curved tail staying out beautifully.Indeed a wonderful cpature.

Keep clicking and have a great time!
Cheers and TFS
Silpa
P.S:Thanks for adding me to your favourites:)

Greetings Richa

This picture is so beautiful and funny...
Poor little creatures didn't seem to have the slightest idea about who was watching them in their private time and where their picture will end up....!! (giggle)

Nice picture and timing... :-)
