| Only when I noticed this tiny, very tiny fly on the underside of a Calotropis leaf, I realized that Nature not only gives everybody a life, but also means to support it... Look at the sting-like tail it has... Like a symbol that says "Comes what may, I will fight to it with all I have..." |

Hallo Richa
A very interesting image. I like the way the leave almost overwhelms this wasp by size. The details captured of both the wasp and the leave is really beautiful and clearly seen. I like the white hairiness against the green plant. The veins of the plant almost look like a ladder which the wasp is using to climb to the top. The different colours of the insect display well against the green leave. I also like some of the prominent features like the little "tail" which you also refer to and which I am sure is its tang, as well as its V shaped antennas. I personally like the point of view and composition. It was a pleasure to stop by. Best regards.

Hi Richa. You were lucky to have seen this tiny one on the underside of the leaf. It has an unusual shape and markings which your picture shows with natural colours and good detail. Well done TFS.

Hello Richa,
In my archives I have also some of these tiny flies. And they have always interesting shapes, like this one. Not easy to make pictures of them. I'm sure you are right, tiny also can mean strong! Interesting posting, would be nice to have an ID.
