| A beautiful Himalayan ird which i spotted in Shimla,but unfortunately i have no ways to recognize her,i would e grateful if someone is able to tell me this bird's name. |

The bird looks like Chestnut-eared Bunting or Grey-headed Bunting(Emberiza fucata) from Fringillidae family. I think the photograph was enlearged a lot or captured in low DPI for which the quality was reduced.
