| The monekys in Shimla were so bad, 2 lakh of them were trapped and set loose in the wildreness, lately. They steal anything and everything. Life is tough in winter here, high in the Himalayas, so they wear thick coats. The forest officers and villagers were not happy to have more monkeys. They claimed the urban monkeys had diseases, and were too used to eating human's food. (I am not sure if a lakh is 1000 or 100,000). |

Great post but too bad about the focus. The poor monkeys, it's sad that they are not wanted by the villagers.
An urban monkey on the move! While I don't mind motion blur, I'm having a hard time seeing the purpose of it here. Still, I really like the point of view and the tones in this unique photo.
