| The area beyond Tandi in Lahaul (meeting point of Chandra and Bhaga river) alongside Chandrabhaga river is known as Pattan valley.The pic is taken from an altitude of 3100 metres and this area is known for its greenary in contrast with the starkness of Chandra and Bhaga valley. I took this pic while going towards Udaipur ,the main village of Pattan valley.You can even see some snow at as low as 3000 metres in July. |
