[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Storms come and go, lots of wind, menacing clouds, little rain in the arid desert. Mother Nature is tough up here, high above sea level, the weak do not make it. I saw few green places, (man planted, provided water), few animals. The road is snowed in most of the year.

Gloria, I think this one is very good. tHe range of colours are excellent and you've really captured the mood. Excellent work.

Wow... tenebroso atardecer Gloria.
Los colores y la composicion que has captada son fascinantes.
Lo que ese ve en el centro... es un río y las pequeñas luces de una aldea?
Gracias por compartirla.

Wow... tenebrous get dark Gloria.
The colors and the composition that you have caught are fascinating.
What that sees in the center... is a river and the small lights of a village?.
Thanks for sharing.

Gloria, This reminds of an artists oil rendering with a moody dark feel to it. When I 1st picked-up a digital camera sunrise/sunset & approaching storm clouds and their light-play is what got me hooked..This is great!

Hi Gloria
A glorious, threatening sky! I wish ours want to look like this and that we may get some rain! Maybe slightly dark, but then it looks like the rain is not far off.
The light off the mountains are beautiful!

Awesome sight, well done!

I think we will have to open a weather section for all these beautiful shots you keep posting showing how it effects us.
I notice that on my screen there are quiet a few coloured dots across some areas, I presume this is noise from having used a long exposure in such low light conditions. But this really is a good moody image with a great compostion leading you into the far distant hills.
