[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello TN,
I am not sure how this picture will be seen from the critique's angle. But while returning from Amritsar I saw this butterfly enjoying its meal. I shot this from train though the speed was not great. But the spread of the wings was so beautiful. Though this is commonly seen butterfly but this posture am sure only the photographer's know how beautiful it is.

Hope you all like it.

Ganesh

Hello Ganesh,
Nice to see you back in action on TN.
For a quick shot from a moving train this is remarkable and you caught this Plain Tiger from an unusual POV, the light shining attractively through the hinds wings. The composition is excellent.
A fine shot that is unusual and taken under unusual circumstances!
Thanks for sharing it,
Ivan

Hi Narayanan,
Splendid shot of the Plain Tiger. Nice colours and the back light on the wings make it glow. Very different POV but quite effective. I wish the image was a bit more sharp, nevertheless it looks superb. I like the natural surrounding. Very nicely composed. Kudos.
TFS.

Great shot of this butterfly Ganesh!
You must have a superb panning technique to be able to get such a sharp shot from a moving train!!
I like the head-on POV and diagonal composition.
Vibrent colours and an even exposure.
Well done my friend.
Glad to see you posting again.

Thanks,
Joe
