Dear Mr. Ram,
A master-blaster shot!
The details are just mind-blowing and that even during inflight...Wow!
Superb sharpness with great POV add another great features to this capture. The eyes seem to bulge out of the head part of the damselfly...are just eye-catching. The colors are wonderfully shown and they are so natural and soft in your composition.
Thanks for posting!
with best greetings from Germany,

Hello Ram,
How very skilful to catch a damselfly in flight!! Great focus on the face and abdomen and I like the way it is holding the wings. The contrasting background completes this masterpiece!!
TFS and best wishes, Ulla

Hi Ram,
Wow that is a really special POV to capture these fast moving insects. I've got no idea how you managed to get it like that and I am all impressed. The wings look magnificent and the head and body are super sharp. I love the shadow casted by the flash since it give the photo depth.
TFS,
Niek

Hi Ram Sir,
This is really amazing. Haven't seen anyone had posted the flying Damselfly or dragonfly since I joined TN. Very good snap this is and congratulations on this achievement. These are generally so quick that we need to have them rest somewhere to take photo. You have done a great job. I liked this composition.
TFS,
Kedar

Hello Ram,
quite an unusual and tricky capture of the Elegant Sprite (what a well fitting name for this fragile creature). In-flight focussing worked perfectly well to get eyes and wings precisely clear into the image. Stunning observation that wings appear to be frozen in motion at just 1/250sec, and also an interesting documentation of the phenomenon that front wings and hind wings are moving independently at those insects.
Fascinating contribution, way out of the main stream.
Thank you! With best regards,
Peter

Hi Ram,
I've just visited TN and I've noticed your critique written in June. I also don't have time for TrekNature and I really regret that.
However, your warm critique made me thinking about looking for some time for TN.
Anyway, I want to say that I really admire your picture. It is so difficult to catch so small animal moving and you've managed that perfectly. Conratulations :)

Hi Ram,
a rarissime picture of a Damselfly in flight. And you gtot it all in focus. You even can see that fore- and hind wing act in delayed synchrony. After having studied this picture nobody will ever considerate the Damselflies as "primitive" insects again. It is one hell of a perfect flying predator. My compliments to you, Ram, for the picture!
My best regards
Dietrich

I guess we were lucky today Mr Ram, to get to see such a nice shot posted by you. If I, barely 2 months old on TN, am noticing and missing your presence on TN, I am sure others also would be feeling the same.
Its a very nice, in-flight shot of this damselfly. And it's name suits it so well - look at its lovely eyes and beautiful abdominal segments.
TFS!
