The Rufous Sibia (Heterophasia capistrata) is a species of bird in the Timaliidae family. It is found in Bhutan, China, India, Nepal, and Pakistan. Its natural habitat is temperate forests.
I was staying in a guest house in the village- Munsiari, a beautiful village in the foot hills of Himalayas. There were lots of Birds visiting this Flowering tree called Padam. I took this lovely bird- Sebia- on these floweres, while it was sucking nector from it. |

Satish, Very nice looking bird. The diagonal composition seems to fit the posture of the bird. Nice clear sky for the background. The only shortcoming is the lack of details around the eye.
