A shot taken when tryng to escape the downpour...
This new grass grows pretty fast since the taller, and dry grass is burnt every winter and the leftover ash adds to the fertility of the soil, which aids in speeding up the proces of the grass growing again.
I do apologise to those that find the shot hazy, but that haze is part of nature! No PP has been done on this shot, except the transparent frame and my signature...
Thanks for looking!

If it weren't for the green grass, one would think it was a black and white picture, Goldy.
The three layers, namely, the green grass in the foreground, the dark hills in the distance and the grey sky, make a painting-like composition of high aesthetic qualities.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful landscape.
Ram

This is a very interesting shot. I like the grays mixed in with the green grass. It is almost like a two-tone image - sort of. It does look very appealing to me though. TFS

Best Regards,

Martin

Hi Goldy,

The first think to strike me was the three layers - grass, mountain and sky. Very beautiful and very atmospheric. It wouldn't be the same without the haze. A wonderful landscape framed so well.

Hi Goldy,
Now that is a real scene that could be taken out of any trip made by any of us. SO natural a scene captured with beauty and grace. The haze rather adds to the dramatic effect and the mood created by the composition. It gives the feeling that i could step into the picture and call out my name and i would hear the far away hills echo my voice.A very original capture.
Very well done.
TFS & Cheers

Hi Goldy, fascinating landscape with a sea of glass and fantastic cloudy sky, very well done, ciao Silvio

Hi Goldy,
Another wonderful shot of JCNP and I like the natural ambience captured here. The cloud cover looks ominous and the thick green grass cover is such a boon for wildlife on JCNP. Excellent POV and composition. Kudos.
TFS.

Amazing how you can take something simple and put your unique signature on it...so it becomes much greater...it was all in the composing of it..or the framing of it...the strongest part of a wheel is NOTHING...The hub is clear...the hence frame is blank and it is up to us to fill it in and display it...Wonderful job!

Hi Goldy, Good greenery see here. The soil looks very fertile as described by you. Elephant grass sounds very tall? Good to see a fertile part of India. TFS. Murray.
