[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I apologise for my sudden disappearance for the past few days...My paradise was due to shut in a few days(Last booking on 6/15, the reserve closes on 6/16) for the season and reopen later in November.
It was a day of heavy downpour, so some may find the light bad, others may want the leaves on the top left corner cropped, I like this shot the way it is...This shot is of the view across from the Dhikala Resthouse.

I qoute Shelley here, which reflect my mood.

If I were a dead leaf thou mightest bear;
If I were a swift cloud to fly with thee;
A wave to pant beneath thy power, and share

Nice work Goldy, I like this.
Interesting contrast of the green-to-grey hills shrouded in the low lying clouds..And Thanx for the Shelly. Some of her best work.

That bush looks like some of our bushes down here in NZ Goldy. The heavy cloud cover means it must be very wet underfoot.

PS Yes, I would have removed the top leaves!! :) :) It takes our attention away from the rest of the scene.

Hi Goldy,

A wonderful scene - especially for someone who has seen nothing but blue skies and bright sunshine for too many days in a row. When monsoon season comes next month we will see clouds just like these low on the mountains and hovering above them. The nice green grass is a wonderful contrast to the grey.
