Someone please take this treat and share it with me? I see it...talked with my Pujab friend last night and he was relating about how large the parade is in Yuba city CA now which Sacto area is 90 percent gasoline stations owned by Sikh families...he told me that on this parade hundreds of stands are there and people giving away sweets and such...for some reason this image reminds me of it and my conversation. Odd how images will do that. Of course it would have different meanings for others...but still there is a power in images which when presented right, goes further than the photographer knows.

Must be funny to see and hear him sing with his mouth full!

I saw some of these Red Vented Bulbuls when I was in Fiji a few years ago. It took me a long time to find out what they were called before I posted them. The birds had been taken to Fiji many, many years earlier and have multiplied a LOT.

Here they are:ONE and TWO

I love the shape of your bird's feathers on his head and the tilt of his head too.
