Excellent picture of Sambar in its natural habitat, Goldy.
The rock-strewn river bed and the green forest form a wonderful frame for the subject.
With its tail tensed up, the animal seems to be curious about something it has seen in the distance.

I've never seen this species before. The Sambhar has darker fur than the deer around here. It's great to see him in his natural environment, and that he blends in well to his surroundings. Good notes.

i love that you did'nt cropped the image into the deer
and leaved the beautiful natural habitat environnement,
