Hi Subhash,

If I looked up and saw this in a tree here I would think it was a bird! Beautiful colors, fine details, and wonderful lighting. The composition is lovely.

Ottimi POV e composizione che mettono in risalto questo particolare fiore dai bellissimi colori in contrasto con i chiaroscuri del cielo e dell'albero, un buon utilizzo della luce che crea delle bellissime trasparenze. Grazie e complimenti. Ciao Maurizio

subhash,
The powder puff flower is lovely.
I may differ here from the others....
I find the compo too centred.
Also the sky as a bg is not a good idea as the brightness there will make you lose details in the flower. Also, that acts as a distraction.
You would be better served if you position yourself to get some foliage in the bg...preferably uniform....to highlight the flower better.
This is my personal opinion...I may be wrong!

I find these harbingers of spring very attractive after the dullness of winters, Subhash.
You have captured this flower in that spirit only.
It is a well composed shot that emphasizes the vitality of redness against the contrasting dull green leaves of the tree.
Well done and all the best.
Ram

It is my bad luck that you are now not in Delhi. Anyhow Mumbai also a nice place to watch birds and other beauties of nature. This picture proves your love to nature. You may visit the Bombay Natural History Society where I am also a member. You can meet two very simple and great persons, Dr. Rahmani and Mr. Danial over there.
