Hi Tabrez,
Even though the picture has some noise in it, it's very well captured in terms of the beautiful effect that you've been able to capture in the petals. I will do a workshop on this on elater on simply to remove the noise. The noise in this picture I think is due to the very high ISO that you have used.
If you mostly take pictures where there is enough light for a correct exposure, i.e. sunny outdoors, then using the lowest ISO on your digital camera will give you the best image quality your digital camera is capable of.
