Hi TN Friends,
Presenting to you, the confluence of the Teesta and Rangit Rivers at Melli, on the way to Darjeeling/ Gangtok.
The darker coloured water of the Rangit river, joins the lighter coloured water of the Teesta river.
The Rangit river is considered to be a male river, and the Teesta a female river. As I was standing and viewing the beauty of the confluence or "Sangam", I couldnt help comtemplating about the "Power of Love".
