what a beautiful bird. Has it been taken at Mysore Karanji lake? I must visit to the place.

Dear Savitha, The bird on the top is portion is very nice. I guess if that was framed alone with very good details it would have been an wonderful picture. Both together is good too however is bit of distraction. TFS. with best regards.vab.

Hi Savitha
Interesting rich colours.I have never seen pheasant in real.They are so colourful and the shot is quite nicely saturated with fine contrasts.

I am wondering whether you took the shot standing...i think a lower PoV would have had a greater impact.
