[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Friends,

This picture is from our latest trip to Omkar Hills. We initially had a round of pictures of grass-hoppers and the like. Amar was trying to take a picture of a Common Emmigrant. I noticed a Tawny Coster next to the Emigrant and from a distance it looked strange. On the one hand, it was not Coasting along for a long time. Second there was something white behind it. We quickly realized that the Tawny Coster had just emerged and was drying its wings.

We used the opportunity to take several pictures of the scene. Here is one of them I liked. Even though the Tawny Coster had moved away from the Pupa, the way they have occupied the two sides of the plant was making this interesting. The dark back ground and soft back-lighting both came in handy in completing this picture.
