Lime Butterfly
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| The Lime butterfly (Papilio demoleus) is one of the most common and widely distributed swallowtails around the world. It is a frequent mud-puddler and often a number of them can be seen puddling in wet soil and rapidly beating their wings. The butterfly's host plants are mostly citrus species like lime and orange. |

Subhrojyoti, this is a very good shot. Lacks good sharpness though. You would probably get better results shooting these kind of shots with a true macro lens. Always use a tripod and a remote shutter release. Thanks for commenting on my fly shot. I did not use a flash on my fly photo. Natural light. Thanks, Bill

Witaj Subhrojyoti,
Best wishes
Alina
