Hello Krishnagopal, welcome to TN. I'm not sure on the ID here but maybe a good place to start would be club tailed dragonflies - Gomphidae family or the Cordulegastridae family.
The first step to getting advice on TN to improve your images is to include the settings, exposure and F number and also the camera itself. That way it is easier for people to help you.
The photo is quite good and it will be good enough to get an ident on should you want to. It's a good capture interms of finding these in their mating wheel. The picture would be better if the wing tips were included. The focus looks a little soft especially on the males head.
Still, nice work and look forward to more.
