[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a Koel, singing next to my window on a tree. I was surprised to see it close and thanks to my wife , who forced me to take picture. The Male is dark and female is dull in color. They never build nests and female lay eggs in Crows nest. When the male go near the crows nest, the crow will chase the bird for a long distance, that is when the female will get into the nest and lay the eggs before the owner comes.!!!

Hello Satish,
Good work. These are two excellent images. They match very well of course.
The light is beautiful. The eye and the bill are two times very sharp. Well composed.

Hello Satish,
A very nice combination. Excellent photos, both in a great pose and composition. Fantastic sharp focus and beautiful contrasts against the BG.

Satish,

It looks like it is trying to say (or sing) something to you. You seem to attract birds. They have even started visiting your home. As far the picture, these are excellent. The eyes are really standing out.

Hi, This is a very good picture, as murali mentioned looks like birds get attracted to you.

Hello Satish,
Wow you can see right down that birds throat almost. A great set of photos, they show this species off well. Brilliant wing and back plumage displayed and captured in the second photo.
regards
Matt.

Hello Satish,
Lovely and lively capture of this male koel.Dorsal Plumage details and colors are too good. Both views have very impressive eye details. Awesome and stunning look. You've explained the "Brood Parasitism" nicely. Few other birds (Cuckoos)also have behavior of brood parasitism.

thanks for sharing
vral

Hi Satish,

Its all there in the family, you guys have the instinct to capture birds where ever you are, see you can simply sit at your house and still do excellent job...Lucky you :) TFS.
