[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This friendly deer has his head out of his cage, next to the sidewalk and me. People come by and feed him foliage. No one seems to worry in India when animals can touch humans. Some can even escape, like baby monkeys. He lives in a concrete pen, cannot be much fun for him. The zoo is spread out, has room, but many kinds of animals are in small cages or concrete pens. When I look at him now, I wonder why I was afraid of him. Zoos are great for children to see animals, often too sad for the animals.

Hello Gloria,
A fine journalistic depition of animal(s) in cage(s)..!
A fine portrait of an animal in captivity, and if you told me the deer is sad I'd believe it...
Greetings,
Pablo -

Gloria, what a pitty he has no freedom.

Although the picture is rather funny, things would be much better if the deer was in the wild.
