Hello Friends,
The monsoon has already done its magic. The mother nature has wore green Saree and her children are busy in playing around. The surrounding is filled with new born dragonflies, butterflies, thousands of insects, birds. Its nature at its best.

I had been to my native for holy festival- Ganesh Chaturthi (festival of elephant god). It was a flaying visit still i found some time to roam around click few pics. Here is one them- Common Grass Yellow. Its name only suggest its presence its the most common butterfly in India. You can find thousands of them in a given area. Yesterday, Mr. Ram Thakur has also posted the same species and you would find lots of here in coming days. :)

Thanks for visiting.

~Mahesh

Hello Mahesh,
the butterfly is shown from a nice point of view in its natural habitat. I like to see here also the lesions concerning the leafs and also the butterfly wings. That's life!
Colours are natural and sharpness is pretty good.

Hello Mahesh,
Excellent capture of the Common Grass Yellow. This is sharp and well composed with the natural foliage. Nice lighting too.
Well done and TFS!
Ivan

Hi Mahesh,
Just because the Eurema species are common, that doesn't mean they are not also beautiful to watch and fascinating to study. This genus of butterflies is very successful and widespread. You have captured the details of the underside very clearly, and the pose of the butterfly is very alert. Well done.
Alan
