Today shal has posted a beautiful picture of Brown Rock Chat. I am having this picture in my library for almost a month now.I was extremely busy for last 4-5 days. Got some time today. So posting the picture in a hurrey. This is a bark of tre next my house. The tre was cut for wood. This is a general practice in rural india. Farmers plant trees alongside their farms or hus in farms. WHen tree grows up they cut them for wood which is used for house, or making tools for farming. The tree is not cut from itsroot but from bark so that it would live again in next rainy season. So dont worry enviormentalist out their.
This is very common bird in India like sparrows. It is called Brown Rock-Chat.
Kingdom: Animalia
Phylum: Chordata
Class: Aves (Birds)
Order: Passeriformes
Family: Muscicapidae
Species:Cercomela fusca
We were sitting next to my home chatting and having evening time when my brother spotted this one. I immediately rushed in home and brouht out my camera. This one was arond 15m away. I shoot from the place we sat with12x zoom. I tried to get closer but could manage nearer as it flew away. You can see the skyline in background which is not blue. It is because of winter time in India so horizons are always dizzy and hazy. SOme of you might be disappointed but I have to live with that.

Hi Mahesh,
Lovely light you got on this bird. The eye pops out well.Though i think you could crop off the bottom a bit & add more head room on top.By 100% crop do you mean full frame?

Bonjour,
Belle présentation. Composition bien équilibrée.
Bonne journée.
clnaef.
Thoughtful cropping and editing, Mahesh.
The image as a composition has great appeal.
The perspective is very good, giving a fine view of the bird from the side. At 15 meters, you have done a superb job. Did you use a tripod?

Pretty perch it got!Nice POV&Composition.
Hi Mahesh,
Beautiful capture!
I like so much the pose catched of this bird, alight at the top of that branch.
Very good the POV, got clear details on the bird.
The composition works great with that blurred green element at the background.
Congratulations and thanks for share.
My best regards,
JM
