Hi Vijay!
First of all, hearty welcome to TN.
I am sure you would benefit from the experience of posting your pictures here and interacting with members from all over the world.
This is a good picture of a Red-vented Bulbul.
The only nit is that you have left out a bit of the bird's tail. This might have happened while shooting the picture.
I can only suggest that a few seconds of pre-thought before pressing the shutter are always useful.
I'm sure as you continue taking pictures, you would get the knack of doing better and better.
