An excellent shot, my friend Kedar.
I feel this shot is slightly oversaturated, the noise in the BG says so..
I will try and do a WS to reduce that noise.
But that does not take away the superbness of this shot...
Maybe I need to go in for the SX10 IS too.

What a gorgeous picture of thie Skimmer ! I love the golden color, it's so wonderful and makes a lovely contrast with the green BG. I also like the translucent and fragile-looking wings. Excellent sharpness and details, splendid composition, great POV, vivid colors. Very well done !

Thank you for that nice picture, full of colors.

The composition from the picture is more or less attractive. One point is that you have taken the photography on the back of the insect.

Very good sharpness and depth of field : many fine details are perceptibles. Colors and contrast are realistic. And the wings have perfectly well been photographied.

Hi Kedar,
This is indeed nice MF. Great macro, lovely pose and sharpness on the insect. I like this shot even though the visible background noise is a minus, but everything else is on the positive side (warm color tones beside those mentioned above). Nice job, tfs.
