I have always admired these birds, but here in France we can only meet them in captivity - must be great to see them "wild". I really like the pose of thez bird, here, he loks proud and straong, very majestic against the hot blue sky. Nicely composed, with excellent details, great POV. Very well done !

Dear Ram Sir,
Excellent candid shot of this handsome peacock with an extravagant tail feathers. I believe, many of the brilliant colours of the peacock plumage are due to an optical interference phenomenon (Bragg reflection) based on (nearly) periodic nanostructures found in the barbules (fiber-like components) of the feathers causing iridescent hues. How technical they (& He) can be ... !!! TFS
