Hi Vishal
Very nice capture of this sandpiper. Unfortunately I can not tell you what type of sandpiper it is.
Your composition is very nice with the bird between the rocks. The colours are good, but the details are rather soft. I'm not sure if it is maybe a case of cropping and enlarging as the shutter speed at 1/1000 should have frozen any/most camera movement. The photo also appears to be noisy/grainy, but that is as a result of the ISO 800 selection. Actually I do not know why you had to go so high on ISO as you could have sacrificed some shutter speed in order to go down to ISO 200 or even less. Anyhow, the exposure was managed pretty good.
