It could be a Blackwinged kite, I am not sure. It was sitting on a high tree and in a distance.Sorry,I don't have a very good lens. So sharpness is not so good.

Yes it is a juvenile Blackwinged Kite, juvenile because of the white margins of the greater coverts; great action shot, sharpness missing.

It is a great action shot. I like your composition and the exposure. Maybe soon you will get new lens, but you did a great job with this one.
