Fantastic eye! You can almost see the photographer in it!

The red strip along the eye is just amazing.

The eyes do look fantastic. The reflections on the eye look pretty. Did you also try a picture with Polarizer filter to eliminate the reflections?

You have created sheer magic here, Rathika; I just can't believe focus can be any sharper than that!
And it is not only the eyes; every detail on the portrait of this beautifully coloured bird is razor sharp.

Very nice close-up of this redwttled lapwing , Rathikaa. The bird itself looks liem trying to make out what's happening....the mud on its beak ..gives a very orifginal effect.
