Welcome to TN.Indian Cheetha, is extinct and if we find one it will be a miracle any way this is good picture of a leopard.

Its not Cheetah (ACINONYX JUBATUS).It is Leopard, locally called as Tendua, Baghera or Sona cheeta (Marathi: karda). The scientific name is Pantera pardus,once found in every forests now announced critically endangered.
