Hi Lavan.
You have chosen a good composition of him sitting alone up there. Here a spot focus on the bird would have helped expose for the black as he is a little dark with no detail. When we point our cameras to a bright area like here with all the sky, our cameras under-expose because they think the scene is bright. When it is a black bird that then makes the bird to dark. Do try again either with spot focus or over-exposure on your camera, you will see a big difference. It is always important to try for the catch-light in the birds eye.
Another thing to help your image is to crop out the bottom to just above the power-lines to take out all the distraction in the bottom of the image, your bird will then stand out alone.
