[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A hanuman langur (Semnopithecus entellus), of the tufted southern race, from the Kalakad-Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve, South India. This particular troop is highly habituated to humans and are sometimes fed with leftovers by people - an unusual behavior for a largely folivorous (leaf eating) monkey. They also share this human space with troops of bonnet macaques and interbreeding is known to occur between the species over here.

What a lovely shot. Clear, sharp and a well composed image. I have never tried to photograph a black and white animal or bird as I have heard that it is difficult to get the right construction and details in the whites and blacks. You perfectly succeeded in getting the right balance. A well focused and clear shot. Thanks for sharing
