Hello Ganesh,
a wonderful colour and 3-dimensional composition. Light is nicely balanced. Furthermore, most parts of the caterpillar are shown with pretty good sharpness.

Excellent shot Ganesh. It looks a bit yellowish to me.. Try if you can reduce yellow saturation by -3,-4 points in PS...
