This bug, I guess, is called a Jewel Bug, Manoj.
I have not photographed it myself but have seen people from Bangalore doing it frequently.
Your image is quite sharp and clear. The BG of a reddish brown leaf serves well to highlight the subject.
May I suggest you make a note on the species you show?

This indeed is a Jewel Bug, as Mr. Ram has identified. Wonderful shot with lovely colours and perfect lighting. The reddish leaf as BG works wekk here in highlighting the subject. I like the shadow too. Excellent POV and composition. Kudos.
