very nice to see you dip a toe in to landscapes...do i see a change in direction for you here? I hope so, becuase this is great. The light, the clever composition and use of the reflection are all great. Nice framing too....hope to see more, well done.

This is a great capture of the rain forest, showing the typical details very well!
Impressive trees, where the foliage filters the sunlight, creating life in the frame and a fine feeling of depth!

I love it...You are a man of honour and for this I salute. A first attempt eh? Well boy oh boy are you in for some fun. It is a grand image and if I had not lived in this location , in this body, I would have thought it was something I would have done.

Keep on, Pankaj, keep on! A very good first try, and I'm glad to see that you try something new! Maybe I'll try a butterfly one day... I'm lucky it's winter now here! :-)

For your first try you have chosen a very difficult subject because of the various lighting conditions. But you have managed it very well! The composition is perfect, the picture reflects the reality of a rain forest in true manner.

I'm looking forward to seeing other landscapes from you.

First attempt?! Well it is a fantastic shot for your first try.
IMHO I've seen proffesional landscape shots that aren't as good as this!
The composition is great and I love the reflections.
We get a real sense of the temperature and environment of this place.
I love the light streaming through onto the water.
Lovely colours aswell.
Very well done Pankaj and it's great to see you try different types of photography :D

Hello Pankaj,
Pretty good landscape/habitat shot, especially if it is the first time. The exposure showing different shafts of light in the forest is excellent and the water in the FG is just what one sees in forest waters: perfect stillness and the dust of dried broken-down forest material on the surface.

A beautiful image with excellent lighting and reflections.
The focus is sharp and the details are well defined.
The placid water makes a great mirror for the forest.
The colours are rich and well saturated.
I can almost hear the birds and insects singing.

The reflection in the water from the trees is beautiful.
