[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a "Milvus Migrans Govinda" - Pariah kite to us. Found in abundance in southern India, especially Bangalore. This was shot near Kanva Dam at around 4:30 in the afternoon. It was a very bright day, with a few clouds interspersed among the birds.

PP: Adjusted Curves. Increased Saturation, Shadows and Higlights. Despeckled.

Kiran:
A nice frame - filling flight shot, but it's actually another photograph of a juvenile Brahminy Kite Haliastur indus, rather than M. migrans. This species is clearly numerous around the Kanva Dam ;)
I look forward to seeing more.

Hi Kiran.
Very nice in-flight picture of the beautiful bird. I like exposure level and color reproduction a lot. It is not an easy task considering light cloudy sky. Framing and composition are excellent too. My best regards and TFS.
Alexei.
