Very well captured, Kirti!!!
Is the grainy texture intentional? It's really interesting..Can I post a workshop with my perspective?
TFS & regards,
Goldy

Good captured of the crab. I like its position. It's a little light in color and could use a little contrast. but not much. The workshop is too saturated it looks fake, that a good example of what not to do. We should keep it as close to reality as possible.

I would spend daaaays on a beach in Goa to capture a crab in picture! And you did well, your patience paid off and it is a superb shot. You are right that crabs are real fast, I can see them go fast and hide in the sand. The composition here is very nice, I like the blurred mountain at the horizon, we "guess" the ocean close by... the sand is sensational, how my feet would love to plunge its toes in it! It's a pleasure to read your adventure and look at this picture of a funny animal. Thanks!

Hi Kirti
Brilliant low-down POV in this one! I can imagine (as you mention in the notes), it can be incredibly difficult to get close to these guys - so hats off for your patience. You have a superb BG as well, with the outline of the sea and hills pleasingly evident. Overall the picture looks grainy, almost as though you shot film and that creates a nice effect because of the graininess of the sand.
Well done and TFS

Hi Kirti!
A splendid shot of this very agile creature.Anyone who has ever tried to go near a crab knows very well how hard it can to get closer to even an inch to them. The closeness here reveals great details too, really worth the effort!
Thanks for sharing

Hi Kirti,
Beautiful scene with a super point of view. I like yellowish tones that cover all the image. Maybe a bit "pixelizated" but not brokes the picture soul.

Patience has its rewards, especially in photography. Interesting shot with its sandy tones and grainy texture. Rather artistic. Excellent POV. Well done, Kirti.

I love the grainy texture, it complements the environment. Beautiful POV ... how lucky you were to find a crab with the gumption to stand it's ground... lol. I think the overall effect is quite artistic... I'd love to have a shot like that to my credit.
Well done, and thanks for sharing, Mish

Well done Kirti, apart from getting a wonderful shot, I'm sure you've managed to single out the, "Ricky Hatton" of the crab scene, look at this guy, he's one bad crab and getting ready for a quick one, two. I'm sure the reason he didn't run away was because, he mistook you for another crab....ie, crawling on all fours with a funny lense for an eye!...you might try crawling side-ways next time and go totally macro:)

This shot is of a great subject but it really lacks sharpness and the light on the claws makes it look very disjointed.
But its as good as any of my efforts.
